Paw-paw juice

Our paw-paw juice has an amazing texture and mouth feel.  Paw-Paw is one of the fruits that has come to the fore lately, it has many properties that make it benificial to our health.  The paw-paw that we use is farmed in Tzaneen. It is peeled, liquidised and then frozen. Packed in 2litre bottles.

Star Fruit

Carambola, commonly known as 'Star-Fruit' is indigenous to Africa. It is farmed in Tzaneen. Star-Fruit is perfect as a garnish and an interesting addition to a green salad or fruit salad. When sliced, Each piece is star shaped. It is of a similar size to that of the mango. Star-Fruit is yellow in colour and has the same skin/peel texture as that of a cucumber. The flesh of this fruit is firm yet very moist and has a transparent yellow appearance.

We try to combine our Paw-Paw deliveries with that of the Star-Fruit. If you would like some to be kept in stock, let us know in advance.

Pineapple chunks

We get our pineapples from the Eastern Cape. They are of the best quality available. We cut the pineapples into chunks. The chunks are then frozen in 10kg and 20kg blocks in carton packaging. The chunks are a perfect size for use as a pizza topping. The price is very competitve and the taste is far superior to that of tinned pine chunks as they have not been exposed to a heating process.

Whole Frozen Strawberries

We import this product from China. They are IQF, (Individually Quick Frozen).  They are half the price of local berries and their colour and taste are superb.

Blueberry Puree

There is limited stock available of this product. They can be used as a dessert topping or in cooking and baking. The taste will astound you.

Muesli

We make the best muesli in town. Our flavours are Tropical Muesli and Breakfast Muesli.  The product is sucrose and wheat free. It is packed in 1kg packs.
